the mission

People are leaving their corporate jobs in droves and diving into the thrilling new landscape of the "creator economy" in which podcasts, YouTube channels, and social media platforms abound.

Having a voice that people want to listen to is a precious asset: an asset you can develop.

MOVEO Voice trains leaders, performers, public speakers, movers & shakers to communicate with clarity, humanity, and impact.

We don’t do stuffy, polished talks with rehearsed stock gestures and manufactured delivery. MOVEO reunites you with your inherent vocal power and dynamic personal presence so you can step into rooms and onto stages ready to engage your listeners, communicate persuasively, and shake up the world with your game-changing message.

Your relationship with your voice determines whether you speak up, or stay quiet.

Take the stage, or pass the mic.

Make your mark, or play it safe.

How would your life change if you trusted in the power of your voice?

About Hayley

I'm Hayley Jannielli (she/they), a performing artist, director, acting coach, and Designated Linklater Voice Teacher: supporting the voices of actors, entrepreneurs, and communicators of all kinds.

A San Diego native, I now live in New York City with my husband Jeremy and our beagle-mix Rocky. My last name ("HA-nee-EL-ee") is Argentinian. Jeremy's mother lovingly agreed to let Jeremy and I take her maiden name of Jannielli when we got married. We were actually in Buenos Aires visiting family when Argentina won 2022 The World Cup!

Outside of MOVEO and my creative projects, I live an active teaching life in academic institutions and private conservatories around New York. I frequently teach Voice for the NYU undergraduate students of The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, as well as direct graduating showcases for the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.

I founded MOVEO Voice because voice & speaking training needs to be more comprehensive, expansive, and personalized in order to truly serve today's creators, stage-dwellers, and thought leaders. I’m honored to be your guide.
